Spring for Art 2018

Spring for Art is a memorable night of live art entertainment, live music, and exclusive access to our one-night only art sale on Saturday May 12 from 6 to 8 pm in the Milton Rhodes Center for the Arts. The evening includes dinner and drinks, a silent and live auction, and the opportunity to support your favorite arts organization. How it works

Artists are asked to donate one piece for the Spring for Art fine art sale at a suggested price point of $50, $100, $150, $200, or $250. Those who donate receive a FREE ticket to Spring for Art and the ability to purchase an add on ticket for only $25 for a partner or friend. If the art does not sell at Spring for Art, Associated Artists keeps all donated work to use for further fundraising activities, all of which benefit Associated Artists programming throughout the year.

If you are interested in donating artwork, please contact Bryce Hauser for more details at info@associatedartists.org.

We would be honored for your business to donate an item or gift card to be included in our live or silent auction this year!

Active support from our local community and businesses helps to make Associated Artists one of the most accessible and vibrant visual arts organizations in the City of Art and Innovation. AAWS has many exciting and ambitious plans in the year ahead, so your gift and support is important, now more than ever. Help us continue to give art the chance to be seen by giving it a space to be shown.

By contributing you will receive positive advertising in the community as we will include your name on the website landing page and prominently display your name at the event amongst our contributors. AAWS is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization (Federal Tax ID #58-1498864).

DONATE AN AUCTION ITEM >

It takes an army of volunteers to pull off Spring for Art!

We need people to help set up the event, pick up silent auction donations, help out at the event, help with clean up and checking out art. There are big jobs and small, creative jobs and routine — something for every taste. Volunteering is a great way to meet fellow artists and have fun while supporting Associated Artists!

Those who volunteer four hours or more receive a free ticket to the event. This also includes spouses, partners, friends, etc. Volunteer sign up is available online.

Please email director@AssociatedArtists.org to sign up for volunteer shifts and watch our member emails for details.
